Thiel Construction has been in business since 2005. Jeff Thiel, owner, has been remodeling for 20 plus years.
We strive on maintaining excellent customer service with reasonable pricing. Thiel Construction works with each customer on personalized budgets, but whithin these budgets, Thiel Construction will never sacrifice quality and proper building practices.
Remodeling any project is an exciting yet stressful process.
First, finding a contractor/builder that you can trust is important step. After all, this person will be in your home and “personal space.”
Second, using an unlicensed builder could cost you more in the long run, and that is why it is so important to hire a licensed, qualified contractor.

About Owner Jeff Thiel
His attention to details and customer satisfaction makes Thiel Construction a step ahead of their competitors. Whether a project entails building custom homes from the ground up, remodels, managing sub-contractors, all aspects of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and more, they have the experience in construction and dedication to top quality workmanship to create an excellent finished product.
In 1996, Jeff began his career in construction from the bottom, learning everything through hard work. He operated a bobcat, put up framing, dug holes for drainage, hauled materials and garbage. From there, he became an apprentice carpenter, working his way to lead carpenter and then a project manager. In 2005, he established Thiel Construction, Contractor License #859764.
Jeff’s expertise has expanded to all areas of construction. In addition to his California Contractors License, he also has an ARCH building certificate, and is knowledgeable in chief architect.
